Our rates include gratuity and tax
Fraction of hour will be billed in 1/2 hour increments for sedan and one hour increments for other vehicles.
Fuel Surcharge & Travel time charges may apply on pick-up and/or drop off orders which are not with in 25 miles
Radius of Alexandia VA area.
50% deposit on major credit card required to make reservation
If the reservation is canceled at anytime cancellation fee of $300.00 or 50% of the total reservation; whichever is greater, will be charged
Smoking tobacco or any substance & drinking alcohols are prohibited inside our vehicles.Any violation will result in $200.00 plus the damage repairs.

Gratuity
Rates do not include 20% Gratuity (which will be charged to provided account automatically). Rates do not include Tolls, Parking, waiting time, early/late pickups & tax/Gas surcharges (Maximum 15%) . Rates do not include Meet and Greet (In side at baggage claim area) Charges $12.00.Holidays and blackout dates applies.
Airport Pick Up Procedures
Jeta Limo Service MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:
BWI & Dulles
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.
National Airport
Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. You must call us before coming out of terminal, at 1 866 353 1333. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.
Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.
Please call our toll free number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.
If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, Call our toll free number so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are. Waiting Time From Airport pickup, Domestic flights 45 mints and International flights 1 hour grace period from the time plane landed will be given to the customers, All other pickup locations grace period is 10 mints after that applicable waiting time will be charged. If client don't see there driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, please call us1-866-941-4900 so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are, if client leave without informing the company it will be considered No show (Full Charge)
